What is Cash Gifting and is it a "viable" home-based opportunity?

By now, anybody that has gone online and searched for opportunities in home-based business have come across the activity known as "cash gifting," also known as "cash leveraging." This activity is growing in popularity every month, and this is probably because of the videos that have been posted with many people opening envelopes claiming to have been sent overnight, which obviously would spark anyone's curiousity. I say "activity" because cash gifting is not classified as an actual business because of the way that it is structured. But before getting into the technicals, some of the main question are, "What Is Cash Gifting?" "Is This Really Legal?" "Does It Really Work Or Is It Really Hype?"

The history of gifting is really an old concept. In reviewing the phenomenon of cash gifting, the oldest I have found on the internet claims to have been around for 14 years. The other older programs appear to have been operating for five to ten years.Cash Gifting can be defined as: The act of privately or publicly giving another person or entity a declared sum of cash, (as a gift) and giving it freely without coerce or consideration. Cash Gifting is in no way a loan or any type of payment for goods or services received. Now guess why it's called a cash gift... because that's exactly what it is.

The principles legally apply to the IRS approved gifting codes. "The rules do state that "For calendar year 2007, the first $12,000 of gifts to any person (other than gifts of future interests in property) is not included in the total amount of taxable gifts made during that year". The official IRS.gov website gives a lot of detail regarding tax free cash gifts to any one individual in any given calendar year, there appears to be no limit to the number of gifts any one individual can receive from different giftors in a calendar year.

So how has this actually become an opportunity for everyone now? This depends on the gifting program itself. The popular programs have levels ranging from $500, $1,500, $3,500, and even up to $10,000 (yes some people actually gift this). This being said, there is also the concept of the "1up" were, after gifting to someone who has invited you to the private activity, you then have to give up the first person that you would actually invite to the activity that is ready to gift. You then become "qualified" to receive at the same level you "gifted" at. If this concept seems like chinese mathamatics, believe me, it is not as complicated as it appears.

Is Cash Gifting for everyone? NO! Although it is very easy to get involved and start working the program. It is just that, work. TRUE it only requires making some phone calls or some Internet marketing. But it does require you to pay attention to your program and put the effort into developing it for your desired results. Just like any other kind of adventure. It is that EASY. The catch is it takes time. You can’t just sit in front of the TV and expect a knock at the door. It doesn’t work like that. The people who are successful in this program are putting consistent effort daily at making it happen. They are truly working their program. And you should be prepared to do so as well. If not, don’t bother. The numerous videos you can find on the Internet are proof this program works and works well. It is amazing to see these videos change almost daily. This is not something that someone dreamed up and created a single video trying to use it to entice you. These videos are constantly not only changing but increasing in number as well. It is almost impossible to deny the fact that people are truly receiving $1000s daily through Cash Gifting.
